At OFRS, safety is our absolute first priority. Safety and safe work performance is not about statistics, but rather it is about all of those who are impacted by our projects: our employees, our clients, and the surrounding public.
While we know that our safety statistics are the metrics by which we are judged, we understand that the safety culture of our company and the behaviors and safe work practices of our employees are to be the true focus of emphasis. So long as we focus our efforts in the right areas and are mindful of cultivating positive and proactive behaviors, good results will follow, and our employees will go home each day just as they came to work, injury-free. Ultimately, this is our primary goal.
Talk is cheap, and when it comes to safety, “talk” can be dangerous. We know we must “walk the walk,” and at OFRS, we do just that. While our statistics are not our primary focus, we also know that our statistics are an obvious measure of our success.
TRIR stat: We are proud of the fact that we have not had a single OSHA recordable injury since our inception, with a running OSHA Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.00.
EMR stat: Additionally, our current 2021 EMR is 0.77.
OFRS is a proud subscriber to both ISNetworld and Avetta and we welcome our clients to audit our safety program at any time.
